Celina Harp has a Masters in Nutrition from the University of Texas at Austin, one of the top rated universities in the fields of biology and nutritional sciences. Celina Harp also has the advantage of attending medical school for two years. Although she left before receiving her doctorate, this path opened the door of experience for recovering personal health. A medical school ski trip to the slopes of Whiteface (aptly nicknamed Iceface), left her with a concussion, multiple spinal injuries and 8-10 years of recovery time. She never guessed, when she woke up on the white ice, surrounded by red ski jackets, what was in store for her. She deviated from the path of medicine to the path of nutrition. This path, in which Hippocrates proclaimed, is the best medicine of all; food.
